Cadel Evans has ridden himself into the history books and barring earth-shattering occurrences, should arrive in Paris in yellow tomorrow afternoon as Australia's first ever Tour de France winner.Last night's dinner at Wiesengrund was wonderful- fantastic food, great wines and enjoyable company. No less impressive was the good Lord Hobbsodopoulos coming to terms with a hamburger at lunchtime on Friday........
