I left the Chef on her own for a couple of hours today and came home to find this lot waiting for me. A fantastic lamb shank and potato curry, served with naan bread and home-made coriander chutney - the recipe is here.
Barcelona is booked and, please be careful, I might even visit a golf course next month.
