but I guess that they have had some more up in the hills. Warm and wet is not much fun after the cold, wintry days of last week.Catherine excelled herself in the kitchen again last night and we all enjoyed a great salad with duck confit followed by pizzas with beetroot, goat's cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, tomato sauce, duck confit (again!) and a few salad leaves. Fantastic!
