and I am enjoying the long weekend; a big slab of beef that has been aged on the bone will be going on the BBQ tonight and a 2002 389 will be in my glass while I am cooking it. I have plenty on my plate for this coming week and I would really like to keep riding my bike as well - it does feel good after a break.
Happy Birthday to Chef Enzo for yesterday. I did miss you on the phone and I only hope that you were on the golf course enjoying yourself with your child bride.
