I think that he and the rest of his Bubble mates should sharpen up and realize that they are playing for all of the marbles. If their cushy political jobs are worth more to them than the good of the country, then modern Greece is doomed to enter a world of pain where corruption is trumps. Wait! Maybe that's where they are already.....

The Chief outdid herself in the kitchen last evening and produced a chicken, mushroom and leek pie topped with potato, which was sensational. Perfect food for a cold Saturday evening.

but sadly the Zürisee remains very liquid. I was in the city today taking a few photos (yup it was cold) and was hoping to spot some ice....... but alas

It is still cold

and I have only ventured out a couple of times to take a few photos. The snow makes things look a lot brighter and it has been nice to see the blue sky.

Don't let anyone ever tell you

that beer doesn't taste good! I had my first beer of the year this evening and together with a plate of sushi, it was a most enjoyable dinner. Thanks to The Chief and Patty!
